Light a Moose

The 100.1 Moose FM crew and the FSJ Hospital Foundation team will be broadcasting live on location with our three-day radiothon, at the Murray GM parking lot from 6am – 6pm all 3 days. We are excited to announce that both NorthRiver Midstream and Mustang Rentals have pledged to be this year's $20,000 corporate matching partners, with their support, we hope to reach our goal of raising $100,000! Funds raised will go towards the purchase of a Spectra Stainer and Cover Slipper for the Fort St. John Hospital laboratory. This vital piece of equipment will greatly improve local Cancer Diagnostics by providing more accurate and timely results for tissue samples, which will allow patients to seek necessary treatment earlier.

"Be an Angel" Gala

Please join us on Saturday November 5th at the Pomeroy Hotel and Conference Centre. Cocktails at 6pm, dinner at 7 pm.

The FSJ Hospital Foundation is excited to announce that after a two year hiatus, we will once again be hosting our annual Be An Angel Gala. This year’s theme is… Denim and Diamonds! Denim for the hard working town that is Fort St. John and Diamonds for that sparkle. The Be An Angel Gala is the community’s opportunity to support the Foundation and its vision, enhancing patient care and comfort in the North Peace Region, in style. This event will feature dinner, live music by The Sweetwater Band, dancing, live and silent auctions, chances to win a flight anywhere WestJet flies, a photo booth to commemorate your night out, and most of all the opportunity for you to have a wonderful evening with your friends while supporting local healthcare.

"Be Brave & Shave"

Bluey Day

The FSJ Hospital Foundation invites individuals, families, friends, and businesses to register individually or as a team for the annual Bluey Day “Be Brave and Shave” fundraising event.

Funds raised for the Community Cancer Centre help purchase emergent equipment needs for the Diagnostic Imaging Department, Laboratory, Surgical Department, and Endoscopy Suite for early screening and diagnosis of cancer and for the Community Cancer Centre, so that wherever possible cancer patients can remain here at home with diagnosis and treatment options to stay close to family and friends.
